Whenever we talk about physical appearance of anyone, face is the part of body which someone notices first. Making your skin look beautiful externally is not enough, now-a-days carve jaw line and high cheek bones are in trend. Here are some easy exercises and tips to reduce doubly chin naturally…

1. Jaw stretching exercise

With the jaw stretching exercise you can get strong, attractive cheekbones and remarkable jaw line, it is among the most effective exercises to reduce doubly chin. Start it by sitting or standing straight, now keeping your lips closed make the chewing movement by your jaw, take deep Breathe and release it while humming. Next, widely open your mouth press your bottom teeth with tongue. Try to hold yourself in the posture for 5 sec then again breathe in and out, try to repeat the exercise 10 to 15 times.

2. Mouthwash exercise

It is a simple exercise to reduce facial fat effectively, it also strengthen the cheeks. In this you just have to fill air in one cheek and then pass air from one cheek to another as you do while mouthwash. Repeat the same 5-10 times.

3. Massage the face

Massaging is very helpful in toning your face and reducing flabbiness of cheeks. For healthy blood circulation regularly massaging with ginseng oil or wheat germ oil are very helpful.

4. Blowing balloon

Blowing balloons is an easy way to get high cheek bones and chiseled jaw line. Take a balloon and fill it by blowing air from your mouth. While blowing try to feel expansion in your cheeks muscles. Repeat exercise for 5- 10 times.

5. Lifting chin exercise

The lifting chin is an effective exercise to get a slim face. It helps in stretching of facial muscles which includes neck, throat, and jaw. Start it by sitting or standing comfortably and facing towards the ceiling by keeping eyes fix on it, after that make your lips as if you trying to kiss the ceiling and remember while doing this exercise don’t use any other facial muscle except lips. Hold yourself in that position for 10seconds and repeat it 10-15 times.

6. Tongue rotating exercise

It is one of great and easy way to tone your face. Keeping your mouth closed making circular movements with your tongue. Remember one thing while doing this tongue must touch the outer surface of your lower and upper teeth. Do it in both anticlockwise and clockwise direction and repeat the exercise for 10-15 times.

7. Drink plenty of water

Swollen or chubby face can be because of dehydration, keeping yourself hydrated is very helpful in getting rid from chubby face.

8. Avoid fat and sugar

Try to have more fruits, vegetables and food with fiber, instead of fat and sugar. Spinach, broccoli, almonds can be a good choice. Take less amount of salt because excess use of salt can bloat your face.
Also avoid alcohol and smoking, as intake of these cause dehydration which bloats your face.

9. Increase metabolism of body

Doing 30 min exercise daily keeps you fit, it boosts up metabolism of your body and it will ultimately reduce your body fat, including your face.
Never forget to take breakfast as it helps in increasing metabolism.

10. Have a tight sleep

Many studies relates weight gain with lack of sleep. A lethargic body may cause swelling in face makes it look larger than normal. Never compromise with your sleep, try to get a sound sleep of 7-8 hours.
